Ok, so apologies for the slight delay. I had originally aimed for the 14th, but they took far longer to process than I had imagined.
Also it took quite a while to get the various formulae working. Each attempt took about 3 hours to run through the 90,000 or so records and while some of the top names matched expectations, I refused to accept any of them until I was listed outside the top 10. There are many players consistently better than me, though a lot of this I'll simply blame on me having to answer in-game questions or admin stuff. Bleh, that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.
Anyway, rankings table and so on is now up on planetThinkTanks
The forums have also just gone live too. There may be a few early bugs with them but hopefully only a few. If you find any, please let me know.

Unless you changed it in the last day or so while I had the database downloaded to add all the stats locally.
It currently begins with an 'x' if that helps you.

I have weeded out most of the anomalies by various methods. Some still exist, but they are averaged out over everyone and will fade in time as the stats get progressively more accurate.

[Err: 637] An account has already been registered to this email address. If you have already registered buy have forgotten your login details, click here.
but clicking there just starts a loop that brings back the same screen. (and I had not previously registered at the site)
The ? link to the left has no link.

However, I will send out your details again. Im assuming they were either rejected emails or didnt get sent because I was in the middle of updating the database or something.

It was as I thought, you joined while I was uploading all the stats and stuff, and that kinda buggered up the registration process somewhat.

Is there a way to search for ourself in the ranking list? Cause I have played alot, and I'm not there.

It only has you recorded as 71st, having played in 13 complete games.. but thats Nathan without the

I do have a question though. I find it odd that I'm not in the CTF ranking at all. I must have played at least 60 games (a guess) since it's gone up, and I've faired pretty decently in most of those games, except early on when I didn't know what I was doing. If I'm not in the list, does that mean I haven't played enough games, or that I actually suck, or, maybe both?

PS- I've always played under the pseudonym of OM in CTF, so I can't attribute it to changing names.

OM - you had to have signed up for an account on the PTT prior to these stats going up. The rankings were only calcuated for those members whom had accounts on PTT and were playing CTF during the last month or so.

However, there is a high chance that I will re-run the stat analysis before I turn on the stat logging again as there are a few members who have missed the boat.

Darn, all those months of playing and busting my butt in games, and it doesn't count :(
