Synaptia had players almost constantly sitting out throughout the game to even the numbers as only Lagman, Paco and Briefly Ben(SA) showed up for the other team.

#46 Things are looking up for Amnesia, took tonight's round with a combined score of 19-7 over Dementia. First game was 12-4(AM) & game 2 was 7-3(AM). I don't have individual scores from game 1, but GeOrge was on the ball & got a great screenie of Ween ending it all after a crushing defeat at the end of game 2.


Did anyone get the individual scores from game 1?

Baba & I filled in for missing Dementiated who were nowhere to be found & gave our best, but alas, it was not to be...

#47 Remember kids, if you are going to make it to a 7:00 game, you have to get your homework done right after school. No putting it off. We don't want your parents pulling you off the team. :)

Although, if the new Dementia doesn't have enough players to fill the games, maybe it's time to combine the two teams?

#48 I'd rather not combine the teams for 2 reasons:
1- There is many scummers wanting in
2- I'd rather not redo all the html + schedule + team + etc.
As much as i enjoy TT, I'd rather play than change everything again.

Neurosia, I would appreciate if you could get a captain.

#49 Personally, I don't think I could sub for another team and possibly contribute points to a rival team. I'd rather sit out and watch smaller teams go hammer and tong at it.

If people swap teams to sub, where's the rivalry and loyalty and why bother having teams in the first place.

Easiest solution for those teams with poor attendance is just to draft a few extra players.

I was looking over the schedule and noticed games on Christmas Day and New Year's Day. If teams are having problems getting players during a normal week, should we schedule games on holidays? Would it be possible to reschedule those two dates and extend the season by a week?

I know I will be out of town visiting family over Christmas and maybe New Years. I don't know if I'll be able to slip away for games on either day.

What do you think?

#56 Oh yea, I didn't notice that. No way will I be able to make it. Christmas is a day to put up with the familys BS, and I'll be way to hung over to scrum on New Years eve.
