We need more awsome games like Zelda or conquers bad fur day. those games are worth 1 million dollars for me. the first Zelda for N64 was the best. the second one was ok but it wasnt so big and u couldnt explore so much. like in the first one the world was HUGE!!!!
Yeah so if any one has contact with a game industry that can make a game like that please let them know that there are people out there that love those games. even though they can make the same or even more money by throwing together some computer randomized people and have them fight in a ring they would make a lot more people like me happier.

Zelda was an awesome experience. I just loved the cinematic feel when you warp through time and how the world had changed.

No one liked Majora's Mask )C: I loved it because it broke ground by having nonlinear gameplay with a linear storyline. The idea that you played the same 3 days over and over but you did it from different points of view each time was simply awesome! Conker's was sweet too. It somehow managed to get all those movies into one in an actually interesting and hillarious storyline. Good picks, those are definitely the tops for N64. And of course OOT was the bomb. I still remember the commercial: "...and in the end, willst thou prevail, or willst thou suck?"

If I ever get Torque, you can expect an awsome medevil RPG/multiplayer battle game. Although the world will be alot bigger than in OoT. ;-)

Josh if u get torque i bet u will make an awsome rpg game but if it was going to be better than OoT you wouln'd hesitate to buy torque. because u would make a lot more money than $100.

Zelda took me and a step brother of mine 6 months to complete because we only played it on the weekends every 2 weeks. (Costody deal) I know how you guys feel. I was actually emotionally attached to that game. Thats the only game I actually felt sad and happy in. All others just kinda came and went. If anyone has plans for a game like this please drop me an email b0nez@hotmail.com

I personally liked Wind Waker. Good game to play when you're sick at home or something. And I know a lot of people never played it to the end, but I thought the ending just couldn't have been better. So much character is put into Ganondorf and Zelda! And the King for that matter. If you have that game, play it to the end. The story is just that good, and it's the prob'ly the most heroic ending in recent years.

But on a less critical note, I agree with what everyone else has said about OOT; I love that game, and it is still firmly lodged in my mind as one of the best in that genre, bar none. My favorite scene, or moment, whatever, from that game is when, (Depending on the version you play ) after you get the master sword fir the first time and warp ahead seven years, when you walk into the market area, you see two redeads dancing by the center fountain, in the same spot where the couple that was madly in love seven years earlier was dancing/twirling. It's first time I can remember getting a "Wow" moment from a video-game. And Majora's Mask is absolutely my second favorite game. Although I was always puzzled as to why you only ever had to use your bombchus two, possibly three, times in the entire game. . . ?

The thing about Wind Waker that got me the most is that you aren't actually playing as link, just some link wannabe. Totally took me out of the game from the very beginning, and the difference in the art style didn't help either. I mean, why were "Link's" legs so freakishly small? Very un-heroic. And also, a conductors wand has no where near the mystical/musical coolness of an ocarina. int EndRant( void );

I'll admit, it was a very cinematicly enclined game!

I have OOT: Masters Quest for the Gamecube. It does a great job of twisting the dungeons around, but the story is just the same. I've still yet to beat it. If you want to play it, I'd suggest looking out for a copy at pawn shops and such, it was bundled with the demo disk and the GBA Player.I'll admit, it was a very cinematicly enclined game!

Aah, that was such a great game. Wind Waker was ok, but it became more repetative and boring after a while. I think the whole thing that you could get stuck in a dungeon for days kind of ruined it for me along with that I simply hated the cel-shading style. (Well, back when it came out I was like the uber noob of gaming so I dunno about the dungeons now.) Man, OOT was one of the best games ever made..I think Twighlight Princess will also be great!

I have been trying to get a game like zelda together for a while; I personally feel it is my favorite perfect game type... But unfortunately, keeping teams together is very difficult, and finding time to make a game with the emotional depth of a Zelda game takes a long time, and is even very difficult for Nintendo.

Hmm, funny, I'm working on a game (for 4 years now) that's very Zelda inspired. I've been working with a solid team now for 3 years, and we're all commited to making this game a reality. It's just very hard.
