#2 Or alt+tab out, if your boss is dumb enough not to look in the taskbar!

#3 True, and if he doesn't know much about taskbars, simply drag it to the bottom after u minimize the game, and he probably won't notice the difference:)

#4 No panic button in the world will hide the inordinate amount of bandwidth you're using from any smart network personnel your company may have. Once they see that, they're going to look closer and figure out what is doing it. Hopefully your company is one that reprimands first for these kind of things, else you'll be out here looking for a job with the rest of us ThinkTanks addicts. :)
