Contract Modelers?

Greetings,
I'm looking to contract a 3D Low Poly Car modeler for a project I have just started on. Does anyone have any links to people who do low poly model work and can work on contract of a flat fee?
I'm looking to have the model with exterior, interrior, and all based on custom images. If anyone could get me in a step in the right direction on where to look, I would highly apreciate it!
