Repairing feature?

I think that we should have a repairing feature for our tanks. Real ones can be repaired, so why do we have to wait for a "Health power-up" to magically appear and heal all of our health? Can you guys (gals?) do this?

Yeah, this is a great idea! And there should be a garage that we have to drive the tanks into. and a bunch of guys rush out and run all around the tank repairing damage. And, after a period of time determined by the amount of damage, you get to drive out of the garage and back into battle!.

I think that Fil's idea is a whole lot better than a NASCAR spoof. I mean that it will auto-matically heal when you press a button. Like hold down the R button for some time and then *POOF*! You're repaired and then the Announcer Guy says "Tank Repaired!"Something like that.

P.S. You are also forgetting two factors: the fact that these are THINKTANKS and not real tanks, and the fact that when a tank is damaged on the battlefield, special guys just don't leap out of the tank and immediately repair the damage, you have to take it to a base to be repaired... if you make it that far.

What's the fun in that? It would take forever to get a kill! You want to get him when he's not paying attention and then use guerilla tacticts until he's dead, so you can minimize the damage to your own tank. With your repair idea, you people would be sitting there for an eternity alternately shooting at each other and then repairing for an eternity. P.S. Oh, sure people may call the idea stupid, but if everyone listened to that, we'd all be sitting here playing Thinktanks after programming our moves with punchcards. (Keyboards and little thingies with tails and rolling balls? Preposterous! :) ) Even Thomas Edison has bad ideas -- he's just remembered for the good ones. :)

I think it would be nice if we just had more health healers on quick mode anyways that way you don't have to wait forever to get repaired, now when you go on line then you guys should take a vote just to see if you would like that to carry over to on line games. There could be a lot of improvements but we don't want to take away the fun of the game because then as you all know it could become very boaring is we could all live forever and not get killed. If you think this is a dumb idea then we can trash it and think of better ideas. This is you old tank killer signing off. WHO LOVES YOU BABY old tank killer thats who.
