Sigs

How do you put "sigs" in your post? im sure that there's someone here who belongs to another forum who knows what im talking about. and when im talking about sigs im talking about images, u know what i mean. please help, i made a cool sig for myself but i dont know how to put it in http://www.digikitten.com/playhousev2/files/SkimmerDude/mistadeethink.psd.jpg

It's a bit big for a sig anyway in dimensions and filesize 33kb would take someone with a 56k connection up to 6 or 7 seconds to download - on top of the rest of the page and its other images.
