Tank Tunes

So, after figuring out how to turn down the music volume in ThinkTanks but leave my iTunes playing so I can listen to my own music behind the tread clanks and explosions in the game, I've been working on my ThinkTanks Tunes list.

On my list right now:

- Filter, "Hey Man, Nice Shot"
- Blue Oyster Cult, "Don't Fear the Reaper"
- Any number of songs from James Bond soundtracks
- Concrete Blonde, "I Wanna be Your Friend Again" (among some others)
- The Call, "The Walls Came Down"
- Garbage, "Stupid Girl"
- Kate Bush, "Waking the Witch"
- Peter Gabriel, "Shock the Monkey"
- Oingo Boingo, "Dead Man's Party"
- Spinal Tap, "Heavy Duty"
- Talking Heads, "Road to Nowhere"

Playing ThinkTanks to some high-flying classical, like bombastic Wagner, is pretty fun too. And blasting away folks to the cheery sounds of ABBA is just plain weird.

What's on your list?

Eminem ( makes me hate my opponent), Stacie Orrico ( makes me feel sorry about hating my opponent ), and R.E.M. ( puts me in a different stae of mind where I don't care about my opponent ).

I don't own any Rush. And Weird Al, while I have pretty much his entire selection of albums, doesn't lend itself well to ThinkTanks.

A couple other good ones:

Orff, "Carmina Burana"
Beethoven, "Ode to Joy"

I don't care for Rush. I respect them; I like some of their stuff; but not to own. I even saw them live in concert back in ... uh ... 8-coughcough. They were playing a double bill with Blue Oyster Cult.

The Cult rocked their pansy Canadian pants off. :) "Go go GODZILLA!"

But, they put on a good show and the music was fine.

But this thread wasn't to debate music (everyone has their own tastes) but find out what folks are listening to while they blast other tanks into bits. :)
