Are the bots taking flying lessons?

I was running a ufo vs. tanks server today and a bot came at me UPSIDE DOWN! Then he started going through the ground. Does anyone know what happened?

I did it by messing with the pillars of sand in Alex's map. It was awsome:)
...but kind of hard to do, so if u don't have patience, don't even try.
