Need help with multiple Spawns

Would anyone know how to setup Multiple spawns im stuck with this I've reviewed the source and hard coded isnt it?

The question is - what do you mean? Many different object types spawning from one spawn point? Many of the same object type spawning from one spawn point? Many different objects of many different types from many spawn points? Salmon spawning? Spawn?
