GMK Attempt

Hey everybody, I have been trying for days to install GMK with no prevail. I did notice a few things though. I first tried William's approach to installing the complete package but that is outdated, not for MIT and simply didn't work. I then made a .sln deleted all content in GMK DLL (my project), and added all the files in. It worked better, still errors, but most of them being missing header files. I then tried installing GMK for dummies and it could possibly be an successful attempt. However, I need Bullet so that is irrelevant. I will try again but I desperately need help. Does ANYONE know how to do this?

Here Is a fully functional T3D 2.0 integration. I will try to get it work better with 3.5 tomorrow.
