By the way, Clax is really my first name, but I go by my middle name.
As for the little Trademark and copyright symbols, they are not to make anyone's name from being copied, but you'd figure if someone was stupid enought to try and copy someone else's name in the first place, they would lack the intellegence to find out how to get those symbols.
