CVS won't allow my login

Can anyone help with this? I would like to get the latest version, and yes, I did buy the engine.

The wincvs method ain't working...

Yes,
It is telling me it doesn't like my id or password, but I know they are correct, as I am able to post here with teh same login info....

I had the same problem not long ago. It just started working after emailing Rick Overman, Check your cvs root etc.
