Win XP SP3 Launch Torque2D.exe Error?

Hi,
I downloaded the current Torque 2D binary
and unzipped it and tried to run it on Microsoft Windows XP 32Bit SP3
but it wont run and shows an error message?
How do I make Torque 2D run on my Windows XP desktop?
