getLogical/LocalPosition on composite sprite

Added 2 quick function to get the logical or local position on a composite sprite from a world position.
If you use a layout other than rect you will need to fill in the blanks.

Ignore the change to the scene object , i am still git challenged and branched this patch from the wrong point, it only should only touch the 3 composite sprite files.
