I know what you are thinking...NO, not another Scrum league! But this one IS different. Instead of team scrum, it is induvidual scrum set up in a set of mathches until ONE person wins the season trophy!
To learn more, go to the power Scrum league web site; powerscrum.tripod.com/tt. It has information about the league, and will have winners and the schedules along the way.
To join, simply put your name below. An email is not required, since this is NOT a team scrum league! Enjoy!

If you are in Canada (that is what you said right?) It should still coincide OK with America game times. So...you are in.

Battles are always four person. Lets say you have 16 players. That makes four battles. The winners from each of those battles, then fight with each other The winner of that is a third of the way to a trothy. The first person to win a Final battle three times, gets the season trothy.
STEPS TO GETTING A TROPHY:
1)Win a minor battle against three other players.
2)Win a Final battle against the other three winners of the Minor battles.
3)Be the first to complet three times.
FYI)Once someone wins a trophy by doing the above steps, the scores go back to zero and the Minor battles re start.
FEEDBACK ASKED FOR. WE STILL NEED 11 MORE PLAYERS TO START A SEASON! TELL YOUR FRIENDS, TALK TO THEM ON TT, TELL THEM WHEN YOU SEE 'EM!

Might I suggest a some what simpler approach. It seems that
the issue with leagues is getting enough players to commit.
I myself won't commit until I know I can play on a regular
basis.
My suggestion is this: One player (yourself?) declares himself
King of the list. You take challenges, first one in is who you
battle in a one to one game. Winner is king of the list. so
on and so on.
Rules: Once you have challenged a king and you lose you can
not challenge again until there is a new king. This all or
nothing should narrow down the field and establish a fairly
stable king who is deserving of the title.
This would only require coordination between two players at a
time. You could set a time limit on when the match is to take
place and do a three strikes your out deal for no shows. In
other words if the current king does not respond to a challenge
within some time limit (week?) then he forfits to the challenger.
If a time is set and one of the players is no show then he
forfits that match. Since the real world often gets in the
way I would suggest that the first challenger with three no shows
forfits the challenge. That way you don't get too penalized for
having to work late or take out the trash.
The King of the list could be traked here in the forum and would
not require a special website for anyone to update. As long as
people showed some constraint in their posting, challenges and
results could be posted in a thread.
Just an idea

That was an interesting way of doing it to be shure. Hmmm... Jinx, It is a 9 hour difference between here (Oregon) and Germany. Unless Germany has two different time zones. I had a German Exchange student, and we had to do many calculations so she could call her friends and family, OK?

OK Racer, good to know. And it is 9 hours. I know as a fact. There are 2 time zones in Oregon though which could mess it up.

Hay Filbert, I'm interested, but you need to update the website. There's no schedules... or have I missed the season?
