Installing Physx?

by Nathaniel Bennett · in Torque 3D Beginner · 03/27/2013 (5:54 pm) · 4 replies

Ok, turns out I randomly have a Nvidia developer account (Must of registered ages ago 0_o) ,
and now I find nvidia is not supporting 2.8.4.6 which is said to be required...

Where have you people downloaded the SDK? or am I reading docs from T3D 1.2?

Anyway, Downloading PhysxSDK 3.2.

How would one use soft/ridgid bodies and advance physx which is advertised on the physic page?
There seems to be lack of documentation on the subject.
I only downloaded the source yesterday, so still curing my brain through that.

Instructions for acquiring v2.8.4.6 of the PhysX SDK are found within the README.md (and the wiki on Github). Follow the steps outlined within the "Using PhysX" section. Any other version(s) will not work at this time with T3D.

I've heard trying to get 2.8.4.6 now is absolute hel, Your best bet is probably contacting Nvidia about trying to get it.
