Out of curiosity, are you looking for developers using the legacy engine or the new T2D MIT (2.0)?

Hi Michael,
I am reading you have recently changed the license of your software.
Probably it's better a develop through the MIT version.
Does it affect on the proprierty/copyright of the games developed for us by the programmer?
I mean that, the developed game, must be an original project built for us and its code can't be shared to anyone.
Thanks!

Not at all. The new Torque 2D was released under the MIT license, which means users of the engine can do anything they want with it. The only restrictions and agreements will be between you and your programmer.
