Old Business

  1. FPS Tutorial: Review this week.
  2. Template Clean-up: Work will be done to finish off the hard coded paths within the engine for non-tools items. The current thought is for this release to just merge in the tools clean up and some other minor clean up. The major changes will be pushed off to the next release to allow for a modular approach. This prevents us from making major changes this release, and then doing another set of major changes to the templates for the next release.
  3. Marketing video: Nothing new this week.
  4. FBX Importer: Still being looked at.
  5. Project Manager: Started work on changes to allow the selection of included project generator modules. We will remove the two PhysX templates once this work is complete.
3.0 Release
We are looking for a beginning of April date for the v3.0 release. This allows us to have the latest Leap Motion changes and allow for the TorqueScript optimization changes to sit in development for a while (will be merged in soon). This will allow us to fit in with GarageGames' QA testing schedule.
