#7 Just so you guys know, -z- has a Non disclosure agreement (NDA) with bravetree that legally prevents him from sharing information about ThinkTanks implementation.

#8 -z- and I had a verbal agreement (VA) before his (NDA) so i'd like my (CFT)

#9 If I recall correctly, you gave z- one tip for modifying the goal data block to make the goal larger. I'm not sure how that entitles you to the countless lines of code he's written for CTF? Do you think -z- wouldn't have figured it out if you hadn't given him the tip? It's pretty obvious that your not smart enough to reverse engineer the CTF scripts the way -z- did and now you want to see his work because you gave him a helpful tip a few weeks ago? Get a grip.

Regardless of the fact that information wasn't really yours to begin with, it's all Bravetree's intellectual property. If anything -z- owes Bravetree, not you.

On top of that a documented NDA supersedes any verbal agreement you think you may have had.

Anyway you look at it ethically, morally, legally you don't have a ground to stand on.

#11 Sorry "DAN", if that is your real name but I am not a computer nerd nor did I even know what the @%#@ a script was before this game. It's princpal man plain and simple. I was running cft test runs when you and -z- were shi^^ing your diapers I had BIG FAT goals and forts and a flag WHAT THE #%@^ YOU CALL THAT?? I call it mother fu$$in cft, looks like I gotz ripped the #%@$ off. your m0ms out of line.

CTF is not a new idea.

We do have -Z- under NDA on his modifications, as we particularly impressed with what he has done (which extends far beyond the CTF game).

Technically, anyone modding is in violation of the EULA anyway.. so... please stop the bickering.
