Homelan team scrum league server

This homelan server was virtually unplayable this evening due to lag. The lag was so bad I thought I might have a seizure. We are talking framerates in the single digits.

Is it possible to limit access to the homelan servers to eight instead of ten?

Perhaps that will aid game play.
