Missing Files (GitHub)

Hello! This is my first post on these forums, and I've just downloaded and installed Torque 3D today.
I have a bit of a problem though, I can't seem to track down a few necessary files. The most important, obviously being the Toolbox exe itself. I've only got 5 folders and 5 files in the Torque3D folder, in the GitHub directory.
Folders:
".git"
"Engine"
"My Projects"
"Templates"
"Tools"
Files:
".gitattributes"
".gitignore"
"allprojects.txt"
"generateAllProjects.bat"
"README.md"
Seem to be missing quite a few files, according to the start up guide.
Sorry if this has been posted before. Still learning the ropes to a new community.
Thanks for any help!

Refer to the Readme.md for more specific directions -- this includes instructions on obtaining the necessary DirectX SDK, PhysX SDK, Project Manager, etc., as well as basic compiling instructions.
There is also a pre-compiled package available.
