Greetings fellow tankers,
I recently purchased think tanks and I'm greatly enjoying it. I've been looking at the site and I've noticed the beautiful skins and maps.
I was wondering what do you use to create these skins and maps? Is there a specific program?

As for this you need to know that this MAY mess up the game.
