New CTF Server

Well, courtesy of Dan MacDonald, we now have a full time 24-7 professional game server running CTF. Not only does this mean that there should be no more cries and screams of 'lag!' but it also frees up my DSL connection to test / develop other stuff and join in other games without having to close down CTF.
