Dedicated Server Trouble

I think to launch a dedicated server, u must open the dedicated file in think tanks folder, and leave it open in the background, open which ever map u'r making a dedicated server, and create game.

I haven't done this myself since I acn't host because of fire wall, but I think that's how it's done.
