Can TGB play Theora ogg vdeo files play with transparency?

I just wanted to ask the users and stuff if it is at all possible to play Theora ogg video files play with transparency in TGB/T2D, before posting into job section.
And if anyone has done it.

I made 2 videos one of which is a black and white outlining what needs to be rendered out.
