"In the real world" sounds to me like it means: "You may not make a 'beat Obama in boxing game and watch him cry'" but you may make a "beat Xavador in boxing game and watch him cry" (Xavador being a fictous person i just made up)

Actually I think it means Microsoft will decide if they want a game in the app store. If they do not like it, or it has stuff that will make someone bomb Redmond (offends someone enough to make them mad at MS) then they have a clause in the fine print to deny the application.

I kind of like the idea of MS coming out with an app store. However, I would guess it will be like Apple and it will be a diluted market very quickly. We will have to see what happens.
