I've searched every where and i can't find which version of OepnGL is supported. any clues?
DirectX 9.1c +/- equivalent of OGL 2.1. But this isn't a very well affirmation, right?

Anything newer than 3.2 would be pointless for the OS X side of things.

@frank what is CE project? is that project gona commit its changes into the github repo?

As for commiting it's changes to the T3D repo, I'm sure it will be done when it's done.

The CE project is the community edition that was started recently. It was originally going to be a licensee related project that was meant to enhance the engine and add support for other platforms. As for commiting it's changes to the T3D repo, I'm sure it will be done when it's done.

Talk to Alfio. He could probably use some testers.www.garagegames.com/community/forums/viewthread/130724

The CE is currently for people owning the Closed Source T3D code base. The CE haven't been ported to the MIT codebase yet.

do you think that it will be ported to the MIT code base?

In regards to the CE:Quote:

Quote:It's a pretty hefty port... and I'm waiting until the Mac port and extra OpenGL work is ready before porting to the MIT codebase. I'm lazy and don't want to have to do the job twice ;)

So I start developing on Wine 1.4/Ubuntu and wait for the Linux version. Great.- Any estimated timeframe for the port? If I could get the sources, I might help a little with not to complicated stuff.

from what i've read CE project is being made by torque 3d licensees, i really doubt that they will give any access to the CE source code since licensed torque 3d engine is different that MIT T3D. when the dev's behing CE project will finish whatever they are doing they will, perhaps, modify it to work with MIT T3D but that depends on their good will only. We can only hope for a release.
