[Paid] Need programmer /scripter for TGB

I see people in other game engines like Wintermute, Unity3D made Theora video file .ogv .ogg play with transparency.
Can we do it in TGB too? Is it that hard?

I want to be able to play Theora video with transparency in TGB. Change it's size, loop it, set layer to it so I could place it lets say in layer 5, and have an access to it so I could delete it by script.

Apparently the way to make it transparent is to have 2 videos, one as your video you want to play and the other as black and white video where the black part should make your video be transparent e.g. cancel out the background of video 1.

I can provide you with 2 videos one of it with derived alpha (black and white).
