T3D purchasing update to 1.2

Hello,
so I just purchased the update from 1.1 to 1.2 for $50 so I could get the FPS tutorial and extra templates. After I went through PayPal and spent the money, GarageGames brought me to the page that tells me I need to transfer my licensing to a manager of a studio. It would not let me use my email of my account or anything, so i bypassed this by just clicking on my account at the top of the screen.
However, when I go into my products and click on Torque 3D, 1.2 is not there. It says I have the 1.2 bugfix patch, but that was there before I purchased the update. I had already installed that and it did not come with the tutorials and templates, so I figured I had to update.
So, am I just an idiot or is there something wrong?
