amateur collaborators wanted - programmer, 3D and 2D artists

I am trying to make a demo of a 3D first person game I have written and I am looking for anyone, preferably in London who is interested in spending some time to make it. The game is ultimately a AAA console game but the demo will be much simplified.
A fighting comedy game, set in tenth century, first person. 2D Artist need to be good character/face cartoonist. Environment only needs to be quite simple and wherever possible characters will be pared down to 2D in a 3D landscape, turning to face the player as he moves around.
The game is rich in script, innovative and any reward will be shared, of course. Hopefully any collaborators will continue if we can gain funding on the back of the demo.
