Need the ability to attach text files to posts

When posting bug fixes for enhancements it would be nice to be able to attach the actual files.
This would make posting a lot quicker and I'm sure some fixes and enhancements don't get posted because people don't want to bother, especially if they involve big changes.

I know this opens up the possibility of virus but if the posts we're limited to text files only.
