Hi all. I have been putting together old models ive picked up and what not and tweeking and putting them into torque. I had the idea that i might sell some as a string of weapon packs. I was thinking groups of items such as US assault rifles....then mabey a shotgun pack, pistol pack etc. a few pics of the last 3 i am working on can be seen here...www.smokesonlinehq.com/guns. I dont know what the rules for that sort of thing are so if anyone could let me know that would be great. thanks

Are you saying these are models you've bought and then modified? Or are these your own models? If you've modified someone else's models, then I'd guess that you'd still need to get permission to use them, and that would probably mean you can't on-sell them. However there are a few caveats: Namely that if the model has been altered beyond a certain percentage, then you may (MAY) be allowed to sell them. I don't know what that percentage is where you are, but in Australia it's generally 30%.

these are models that i bought and have heavily modified to correct mistakes and all of them are free to distribute through the eula supplied with them.

I'd be very careful in that case. Maybe contact the original artists and let them know of the changes you've made and ask them if you can use them in packs. Give them credit and they will more than likely accept.
