need programer 600$ budget

Hi, I need an torque 3d programmer that can program that zombie demo that the torque team did?
and beside that i need the player to be able to get money from the zombies(the zombies should drop random money from 1 $ to 100$) and so that you can buy more ammo and weapons.
This needs to be multiplayer online also. if it's not much to ask maybe adding an creat accont for the players. it dosen't have to be fancy i will add the graphics and all.
I sort of just need an zombie fps rpg kit.
I don't get it why people that can program dosen't make an kit like that and then sell it in the torque market for like 100$ since that will sell really good.
and i want this zombie built on the pacific island demo
