iTorque2D license

#1 You can't upgrade the license twice unless you found some pretty heavy bug.
In this case I really hope that someone will drop you a mail in response to this thread.

Sure you didn't missconclude the costs as its 2 upgrade fees, one for the upgrade of 1.x to 1.5 (1.5 is a payed iT2D upgrade) and one for the upgrade of the regular license to studio which is required to upgrade to 1.5

#2 does any upgrade version need new cost?

#3 @worster - I only see a single license and upgrade for iTorque 2D 1.5. 1.5 is a studio license by default. I've contacted the support team to investigate.

#4 Looked into the account and it does seem that there was a transaction error. I am working with accounting to fix it.

#6 The upgrade from iT2D 1.0 - 1.4 to 1.5+ indeed is a payed upgrade.
The same would hold for the upgrade of single user license to studio license which is required to go to iT2D 1.5+ or T3D 1.2+ as they are only offered in studio license form.

#7 i'm confused, whom of u can give me a final response that can handle this. could i get my refund or not?
