I can't remember how long ago I wrote the code for these, but they have been on my website for years now. And if I remember correctly there used to be a resource addin for users on this website in your profile. That apparently has changed.. Well anyway, the code may be a bit out of date but I am betting the programs still work.

It most likely happened at the beginning of 2009 when third-party resource downloads were removed for bandwidth conservation. That's when I remember a number of users having the same problem.
