T3D 1.2 - fogColor not loading correctly - LOGGED (THREED-3125)

Build: T3D 1.2 Pro

Platform: Windows 7

Target: Editors, Levels

Issues: When the fogColor(theLevelInfo)is set on a level, if the level is loaded back up again the fogColor will be white instead of the correct color, though the ObjectEditor still recognizes the correct fogColor.

Steps to Repeat:
1. Start a Full Template Empty Terrain level
2. Open the World Editor
3. Change the fogColor in the missions theLevelInfo to black
4. Save and exit the level
5. Start the modified Empty Terrain level and see if the fogColor is still black

Isn't this due to the way ScatterSky is designed to work with ToD, so that it has to set it's own fog colour?
