Can someone answer this question for me

I have most of the Torque products, and one thing I really like is the Universal App project and the art associated with iTorque 2D, I am working on a project for Torque 2D and I am pretty sure the same art from iT2D can be used. Is against policy for someone to seng me the art gaphics so I can use them within my project for T2D, and if not would someone bewilling to send me the shooter art with the soldier and aliens, from that project. Really want to use them
