Full 3d turn based strategy game "Skykick" needs a programmer

Hello! I am in charge of Skykick, the turn based game of aerial tactics. I am a 3D and game artist, currently living in Rochester, and hoping to create a startup venture with another individual to develop this game and possibly more.
The game itself relies upon manipulating 3d splines that act as movement paths for aircraft in turn based dogfights amongst floating islands and massive airships. You can find out more about it here;

Profits would be shared 50/50 at the completion of the game. Currently I am developing a video to try and get my project on Kickstarter for more funding; a dedicated programmer making a gameplay prototype would make this go a lot quicker as well!
