What's the difference between Full Version and Studio version?

What's the difference between Full Version and Studio version ?

I need to upgrade my binary version.

The only difference between full version and studio version is that the full version is tied to you, and you are the only one who is allowed to see or use the source code.

The studio version is exactly the same as a full version, but is tied to a studio account. This gives you (the studio account owner) the ability to re-assign it to some other people in your team for as long as you like.

Basically there is no difference in content, but studio version is re-assignable.
If you purchase the 49$ upgrade, you will get a Studio version.
