Tribal IDE Help

Is there any site or documentation that helps a newbie get started with the Tribal IDE (3.9 Beta)? We're have a hard time getting it to set and respond to break points, create watches, etc.

Thanks for the pointer, but I've already seen that info. It's what helped me get the Tribal IDE up and running.
