What is a DLL file?

I cant open Realm Wars it says I dont have DLL file.

Nauris is right. The name of the DLL file is key; some DLL files are a little tricky to track down, and so if you mention the name someone might be able to send you the exact right version you need.

I wonder if it's not OpenAL32.dll That seems to be a common library people are missing when playing with RW/Torque.

If you cant find it that way, you've done your homework and feel free to ask.
I'm an artist, I dont know much about tech side, but I suspect that even experienced coders wouldnt be able to answer your question simply because you havent provided some important background info.
