iTorque2D Project Directory/File map

Would it be possible to point me or give me documentation describing the iTorque2D project directory structure?
One problem I have had in learning the iTorque2D TGB functionality/scripting methods is that I am always trying to figure out these types of thing:
1. What does this file do and what is it used for?
2. Where do I put X file?
3. What directory can I find X in and what is this directory for?
4. I wonder why there are two files with the same name?
Etc.
I'm not talking about a Torque engine lay out just the projects directory structure and file description. The same project directory which is created each time a new project is created.
Having a resource like this in your documents directory would be great reference material.
Thanks,
Brian

@Brian - I completely agree with you. I am overhauling the directory structure for iTorque 2D 1.5. There will be less folders, less scripts and less miscellaneous files. I will add your suggestion to the list of potential docs/tutorials we want to ship in 1.5.
