Need Help With Combat

I need help with a top down game. Does anyone know any tutorials or behaviours Teach how to make it so it plays a punch animation then at the time after the click at the same time the punch animation makes it to it's certain spot the enemy takes damage. Also I need help with A.I. I need it to follow the player and attempt to attack him.

I'm not extremely familiar with all the tutorials for TGB, but in the program folder, there is a number of tutorials that should help. There is 1 tutorial for A* which is what you want for your AI
