Unable to login to my account to access purchases

Hi,

Just to say this first, I just created this account to get support, my purchases are on my original account.

I have recently purchased T3D and torque and was originally able to access my account, and I tried to login 2 days ago to be greeted by a database error.
I tried to reset my password and no email was ever sent.

I sent an email to support and haven't had a reply so far.

I hope this gets a prompt reply,
