Copper Chef! Want to form team!

Team name: Twisted Crit (?, currently is know studio name, but it sounds sweet
Project name: Copper Chef! (Parody of Iron Chef)
Brief description:
Game Concept: Player is a chef in a futuristic tournament where the cooks must battle for their own ingredients, and each other, to best each other to become the next "Copper Chef"

Target aim:
I would hope to make a complete game, then, depending on how the team feels of the product and ourselves, distribute it, or add it to our/your portfolio. My goal is to A) Get a group of people to want to continue working together. B) Make a game people want to play. Will have fun with.
Compensation:
I cannot pay, but depending on team structure and if game is sold, everyone among the group would get a even split, except for me, who will only take half of a share, or less, if needed. If the game generate NO revenue, no money shall be received.
Technology:
Target system is the PC. I have been tinkering with the Torque 2.D, and think that the engine could make this game well.
Talent needed:
This is the fun part. I need everyone, I am forming a team from scratch, but in theory,
2 programmers
2 artists
1 writer/designer
1 composer
Team structure:
Miles Robson, that is me. What that guy does: Designer. While I game up with the idea, I know I am no king, I don't want majority cut, I want to provide an idea to a group to feed off of and produce. This might be a strange approach, but I think it could work.
Personal goal: I want to create this group so I, and anyone else can learn as well. I'm not asking for a teacher, and if I get 5 guys that pick up the project, sell it down the line, and leave, that is ok. But if I, along with anyone else new to development I/We accept can gain something, anything, that would be amazing.
