Looking for freelancers for game project

Hi,
I'm currently looking for a freelance art designer and a programmer to help me along getting my project off the ground, The game in mind is 2D and viewed top down and will be played only using the mouse so it will be all klick based.(similair gameplay like the dinerdash series but a totally different setting)
I'm very new with this engine and my programming skillz are pretty much 0 but learning it step by step at the moment, I do do some design work of my own but rather with pencil and paper then photoshop or programs alike... i got most of the concept art and gameplay mechanics finished so i would like to take it to the next level.
If you have the experience and the time to help me out plz let me know so we can talk about this game in bigger detail.
