Scrum League: Updates, Changes!

Hi all,
Just in case you havn't noticed, I was away from working on the league for a large portion of the summer. This was for many reasons, not the least of which was simply because I was lazy, but now I am back at it and making several major reoganizations.
#1. Team Captains:
~*~ Implemented in my absence! ~*~
I have decided to implement team captains in the league system to help keep the teams together and working properly. The team captains will be elected by the members of teams that email me with their nomination within a 4-day period, This wednesday through saturday.If this fails I will appoint captains to the teams that no one was nominated in. Team captains will have the ability to shuffle their teams roster and arrange practices.
#2. Talent Pool:
As a tool for the team captains I will be assembling a site that lists all players not currently suspended or playing wiht one of the teams and their email addresses. Captains will be able to use this to recruit new players if they need them.
During the time until saturday I will be setting all this up so that the league can continue normal (and hopefully more stable) operations from now on.

"Victory to the Magnificients (and other ego boosting rants)"
Last Saturday, another heated fight between the hapless but proud Highlanders and the still-undeafeated Ground Stompers (TGS) resulted in utter victory for the soon-to-be-legendary Ground Stompers.
Led by the cunning skills of Capt. Hugobrain, in tandem with the rabid, multidimensional Azazel (well... shortage of adjectives here), havoc was wreaked on the loyal Sherman and his sidekick 'he's-back' iTank.
Game One: TGS14 TH10
Brain 8 Aza 6
Shermy 6 iTank 4
Game Two: TGS 13 TH7
Brain 6 Aza 7
Shermy 7 iTank 0
Total:
Brain 14
Aza 13
Shermy 13
iTank 4
Brain and Azazel still are an undeafeated combo, both in the League games and in Psychoscrum. 9 wins, no loss.

STATISTICS FOR LAST SATURDAY LEAGUE GAME: TGS VS TH."Victory to the Magnificients (and other ego boosting rants)"

I am letting Cpt. Rik play for the Highlanders this week. I probably won't be able to make it, so veteran Leaguers please let me know how it works out.

The league site has be updated! The site now features a talent pool that will allow team captains to easily recruit new members and sub players! The stats and schedule pages have also been updated. Not the least of the changes is a new banner featuring jpg format for richer color and the new MLS (Major League Scrum) logo :D.
Rik: I am emailing out the password to all members of the talent pool (you are in it :)) right now, please email me soon to tell me if you got the email. One way or another I will have it to you before saturday.
Lastly I would like to request that team captains email me about any permanent roster changes so I have it on record.

The TPool is a great idea. There cannot be a better concept.

The 9/6 game against the GS was a win for the Highlanders! FP and SlideWRX were present for the GS and Ghost and myself for the Highlanders. I guess no one took any screen shots, but we won!

The Highlanders have officially added the deadly Ass Clone Army to our squad!! With iTank also being a new member we are developing into a force to be reckoned with!Our current roster is now:
