Scrum League: Updates, Changes!

Hi all,
Just in case you havn't noticed, I was away from working on the league for a large portion of the summer. This was for many reasons, not the least of which was simply because I was lazy, but now I am back at it and making several major reoganizations.
#1. Team Captains:
~*~ Implemented in my absence! ~*~
I have decided to implement team captains in the league system to help keep the teams together and working properly. The team captains will be elected by the members of teams that email me with their nomination within a 4-day period, This wednesday through saturday.If this fails I will appoint captains to the teams that no one was nominated in. Team captains will have the ability to shuffle their teams roster and arrange practices.
#2. Talent Pool:
As a tool for the team captains I will be assembling a site that lists all players not currently suspended or playing wiht one of the teams and their email addresses. Captains will be able to use this to recruit new players if they need them.
During the time until saturday I will be setting all this up so that the league can continue normal (and hopefully more stable) operations from now on.

In this thread (and numerous emails communication) we already dealt with captains, teams, and welcomed and suggested some new members. I suggest you update the league within those guidelines, since the work has already been done. TD could help you as well, since we all and him especially carried the load of the league.
Also did you checked your hotmail emails? I sent you a bunch asking about team name updates and other things... RSVP.

You can get the results of the Leagues games by visiting TD page at:
http://members.cox.net/scrumleague/scrumleagueschedule.htm
You can then update your League website statistics from this. Apart from last Saturday games, they are all there!
Which makes me wonder about duplication of work... O well! Better 2 volunteer than none.

The captains have already been nominated, etc.
The captain for TGS (our team) is... me! Already been nominated by Aza and seconded by Spony & Clax, with no word of Wal or you. So I accepted the post.

"Each team has a solid Captain now so coordination with teams should flow alot smoother.
Ghost Squadron = Tank Dork
Smiling Bots = Tally Ho
Ground Stompers = Hugobrain
Highlanders = Sherman"

We have a team poll out about renaming our team, since TGS is confusing with TSB. however, TGS is one of the name option. We all voted exept for Clax and you. When you have a chance reply to the emails sent to your HotMail, Subject Line: THINKTANKS- OUR TEAM NAME #2 - RSVP ASAP - IMPORTANT! BOOOOM!
5- Hoping to see you more online, especially during the crucial league games! =) (So far we are undefeated!)

Hugo: Awsome! That makes my life way easier! I'll be officializing the capatains hopefully before saturday. I vote for whatever name you guys want :). Thanks to Hugobrain and Az, iTank has officially joined the Highlanders!
Was a tough match yesterday against TGS (2 on 2) and we still lost.
The Brain and Azz (I like that one!) were too strong a combination but I think our team gained some continuity with the addition of iTank.

I am creating a Highlanders thread (finally!) for our team. Team members can post their availability for games there plus any other ideas, questions related to the Highlanders.

Was a tough match yesterday against TGS (2 on 2) and we still lost.
The Brain and Azz (I like that one!) were too strong a combination but I think our team gained some continuity with the addition of iTank.
