Mac build does not keep engine changes (TGB 1.6)

Okay, I may have not done my due diligence searching the forums here, but I'm just looking for a few users more adept to using Macintosh computers than myself. We made a few engine changes to Torque using Visual Studios on Windows, and we picked up a Mac to see about dual releasing for both Windows and Mac. While our Windows build of the game seems to work as well as we'd expect, there are a number of issues with the Mac version that we can best identify as the changes to the C++ code have not been translated. I was just wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem, and if they may have a solution (other than install the builder on the mac and build for Mac from Mac - that's probably our last ditch effort).
The Mac is a 1.42 GHz Power PC G4 with 1 GB Ram and OSX 10.5.

Got it. I don't know if this is going to require me to download any new applications on the Mac (I've never used xCode before), but I guess that can be found out online. Thanks for helping me out.
